Inappropriate Behavior
Inappropriate behavior includes both clear and masked language or links to websites that might be offensive to or harm a member in anyway. Any which fall under the following categories are expected to be avoided from use on the site:
- Inappropriate Language: Profanity is a word, expression, gesture, or other social behavior which is socially constructed or interpreted as insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect. Profanity is used commonly in our every day life, almost like a habit. A bad habit that we sometimes need to stop. The use of profanity is involved so much in our daily life that we sometimes substitute emotions for rude gestures, words and expressions. In cartoons, profanity is often depicted by substituting symbols for words, as a form of non-specific censorship, which is what we expect you all to do.
- Harassing: Harassment covers a wide range of offensive behaviour. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset. In the legal sense, it is behaviour which is found threatening or disturbing. Be it sexual or verbal, you will receive the same punishment if you harass a member. This also includes: Flaming (a hostile and insulting interaction between two members), discussing of other sites in a degrading manner.
- Spamming: Spam refers to rapid, repeated use of the same item or action. For example, "grenade spamming" is the act of a player throwing a large amount of grenades in succession into an area. Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Spamming is not tolerated on the site, for it tends to annoy members and is just unacceptable; in the chat box and the forums.
- None, absolutely no arguments shall be tolerated in the chat box. If caught doing so, you shall be banned immediately. If you feel the urge to challenge a member's statement, feel free to debate in the OCC Arguments area in the forum or do so in private messages. No exceptions, what-so-ever.
- Always respect a declined challenge. When asking one for a battle and he or she doesn't feel the need to battle, you are expected to respect that member's decision. No form of prejudice or hatred of any race will be tolerated. Flaming of any kind will not be tolerated and will have you face consequences.
- Racial/Ethnic: Being offensive to one due to their racial or ethnic background is not acceptable. Racial discrimination will have you permanently banned from the site. There shall be no racial slur, whether you mean it in a friendly manner or offensive manner.
- Sexuality: You are not to consider any of your fellow members less valuable or competent due to their gender. Having a belief that one gender or sex is inferior to the other will not be tolerated. No form of prejudice or hatred of either sex will be tolerated. We as a staff will see to it that you are punished if caught in the act.
- Real-Life Threats: Uttering intentions of injury or punishment against anyone is unacceptable. Threatening to inflict pain or harm one in anyway in real life will have you banned from the site. Whether you mean it to be a joke or not, it is not tolerable. It is a crime out there in the real world and also here in the cyber world. You have been warned.
- Impersonating: Imitating or copying the behavior or actions of another is not accepted.
- Posting Unreleased Content: You can not discuss the contents of anything discussed in the moderator parliament. You can not discuss of any RP-related plots discussed in private message. You are not allowed to discuss of anything pertaining RP. All messages in the chat box must relate to anything outside RP. You shall be banned if caught breaking this rule.
- Politics/Religions: You are not allowed to consider any religion or political view lower than your own. Having a belief that your religion or political view is above someone else's is wrong and will not be tolerated. If you are caught doing such a thing actions will be taken to correct the situation which may include banning.
- Illegal Drugs: No topics pertaining illegal drugs should be discussed on anywhere on the site.
- Discussing Disciplinary Actions: You do not inform a staff of how to perform his duties nor do you discuss of disciplinary actions a member is to be given.
- Advertising: No advertising of any sort shall be allowed anywhere on the site unless you have gotten permission from an Administrator, with evidence near-by to proof such.
- You are not to disrespect or be rude to a staff member.
- You are only allowed three accounts and three characters. Only two of those characters can hold an elite position.
- Your username is to be that of your character's. No BBcodes/HTML's are to be added to your username.

Re: General Rules
Rules
- Be respectful to all members, be nice, do not disrespect others, do not be rude.
- Do not discuss events that occurred in RP, especially arguments in the Chatbox. No one wants that; it annoys others. Please have the liberty to discuss about it in Private Messages or post it in the OOC Arguments forum, where it will be discussed.
- Do not attempt to provoke others members. Doing so to get another member riled up will be seen as an offense.
- You are allowed to spam. But do not do so if there is a conversation going on. Doing so will lead to yourself being banned. No kicking, just banning. eg:
Hey you!
How's it going?
You alright?
Cool!
Anyhow..
I gotta go now, alright?
That is the type of spamming we are talking about.
____________
Not:
____________

asdads
^ Doing so will get you kicked and eventually, you will receive a ban.

- Flaming will NOT be tolerated. No flaming about anything especially another person’s race, gender or religion, etc.
- No sex in my Chatbox. I repeat: Do not have sex in my chat box. Huggling/Snuggling/Glomping/Tackling/Spanking/Kissing and whatever else you kids do now-a-days are alright. But do not have sex in my Chatbox. It will not be tolerated and shall lead to a ban. You will stop any sort of intimate actions if members complain to the Moderator or Administrator in the Chatbox at the time being.
- There is a procedure in which all members of the staff are required to take in order to punish a member. This steps are as listed:
- The staff members can discipline you as they see fit.
- A member of the staff MUST state a warning before proceeding to clear the contents in the chat box. They must state a countdown, amounting to 10 seconds. But if the situations calls for an instant clear, the staff member is allowed to clear without a warning of any sort. This does not include lag.

Re: General Rules
Rules:
- Post in the relevant section: Not doing so is considered spam. None-topic related posts will be deleted.
- No Cross Posting: Post your message only in the appropriate section in the forum. Do not post it in every section. Doing so will get you punished.
- No excessive bumping: To bump (bring up a post) a thread on an Internet forum is to post a reply to it purely in order to raise the thread's profile. This will typically return it to the top of the list of active threads. The staff members aren't computer-controlled. We too have lives, though try our hardest to have our members satisfied. We work every second, minute, and hour of the day trying to improve the site. You only need bump a topic once, not twice or three times. You could also send a private message to a staff member to check what needs to be checked rather than bothering us in the chat box. In fact, we insist you contact us through Private Messages.
- No trolling: In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. Do not post comments in threads with the purpose to cause an argument - the argument section being the only exception - you are free to express your opinion on a matter, but the forum is not the place to abuse anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as you, nor is the chat box.
- Unlike the chat box, in the forums you will get no warnings, you will be directly banned. Too many bans can lead to suspension from the forums. Serious violations can lead to suspension from the entire site.
